Fixing utility cash flow

This paper describes the work done by Power Africa's East Africa Energy Programme with the distribution utilities in the East Africa region. The work focuses on strengthening distribution utilities and other power-sector entities. By co-developing strategies and implementing these solutions to meet problems East African utilities will be able to thrive and contribute to the region's pressing electrification goals.
