After 11 years running energy management programs at some of South Africa’s largest companies, Bernhard has joined the Green Economy directorate in the Department of Economic Development and Tourism of the Western Cape Government. His responsibilities focus mainly on private sector enablement in the energy space. His training includes a B Eng (Mechanical) and an M Eng (Renewable energy).
